I love ribs of any kind!
Put a few delicately smoked ribs that have been pampered over for hours on end in front of me, and I'll gobble them up for sure!
I'm just a home cook though, so I'm just not likely to be the one to stand over that wood fired smoker to make them. I'll leave that business to the experts.

In fact, home cook methods of cooking ribs pretty much drive the pros crazy. Can't say I blame them either, because their ribs are truly a competition level labor of love.
Still, until we get that invitation, us home cooks can whip up a pretty fine substitute, right in our home kitchen that will suit us just fine!

Baby back ribs, seasoned with a flavorful rub, placed over a rack, steamed with stock and apple juice in the Instant Pot and finished with a caramelizing pass under the broiler or on a hot grill. Delicious and easy!
