This small batch, basic ground beef and tomato chili with beans is made easy in the slow cooker. Can be doubled for a bigger batch.
The elements and flavors from a classic chicken pot pie - chopped chicken, potatoes, peas and carrots in a creamy base - but in an easy soup form, served with pie crust crackers for dipping. Comfort food, yes please!
A cross between gooey butter cake, dump cake and pumpkin pie, this dessert is a fall favorite and perfect for the holidays or to carry to a church supper, family gathering or potluck.
An open-faced hot roast beef sandwich, made with a rump roast prepared in the Instant Pot and traditionally served with slices of white bread, homemade mashed potatoes and topped with the delicious homemade gravy. No Instant Pot? No problem! Stovetop instructions are also included.
Cabbage prepared on the stovetop and made with ground beef or sausage, or a combination of them, cooked rice, tomato sauce and a little sweet and sour element. It's all of the flavors of classic stuffed cabbage rolls, but in a quicker shortcut, one-pot version.
An old school, low and slow way to cook up a barbecue sauced chicken in the oven, the way that grandma used to make it.
