Social Media Roundup Cookout Menu Ideas 2
With Memorial Day and summer cookouts around the corner, we've begun sharing on our social media some of those favorite foods we love to have when it's cookout time - even for those of us who don't really cook outside much!
We've got you covered for beverages and cocktails, appetizers, dips, salads and sides as well as main dish offerings and summer desserts!
We share on social media regularly every day, but unfortunately, algorithms keep a lot of those posts hidden from our members there who have actually "liked" the page! I've starting duplicating some of those shares in roundups right here on my website.
Here's the next round of what you probably missed on social media! Just tap or click on the title or the photo for any recipe below that you want more information on!

So refreshing and perfect for that Memorial Day cookout!
One of my favorite southern salads for the summer, this spicy, sweet and sour Fire and Ice salad, gets it's name from the contrast between the red onion, green bell pepper, horseradish and jalapenos, and the cool crunchy cucumber and sweet tomatoes.
An all-purpose sauce that is a cross somewhere between a rémoulade sauce and Thousand Island salad dressing, great for a sandwich spread or dipping sauce. It's a Mississippi original!
Sweet Vidalia onions, stuffed with garlic and butter and drizzled with balsamic vinegar, wrapped in bacon and placed in individual packets to be cooked on the grill or oven. A great side anytime & perfect with those grilled foods!
Always a party favorite! 'Pimento Cheese Finger Sandwiches'
A southern favorite, and of course, like most traditional and old fashioned recipes, every southern cook has their own way of making it too. I love this version that replaces those little jars of chopped pimiento peppers with flavorful roasted red peppers.
A vinaigrette dressed, festive southern vegetable salad twist on salsa, made with black-eyed peas, celery, pimentos, jalapeno, garlic, green onion and fresh tomato.
Macaroni and cheese, made with chicken, shell noodles and some common elements from my Buffalo Chicken Dip with Bacon.
Country style ribs grilled over indirect heat and brushed with a pepper jelly barbecue sauce.
A creamy pie made of peanut butter, cream cheese, cream and brown sugar, prepared in a chocolate cookie crust and garnished with chocolate syrup and chopped peanuts.
