Air Fryer Garlic Shrimp

I love my air fryer! I may have mentioned that before??

It's great for reheating certain leftovers to bring back the crisp - like fried chicken - and it does an amazing job of reheating pizza. A lot of busy moms use them to cook freezer foods - like chicken nuggets and tenders, French fries and tater tots, corn dogs, egg rolls, and, in fact, many products have begun putting air fryer instructions on their packaging.

But I love it for cooking too!

Garlic Butter Shrimp with Pasta

Recipes like this one have been widely shared on social media the past few years, typically made on its own without pasta. That's pretty good for a snack or party food, but I'm all about the main dish, so of course I had to write my version to include pasta!

It's pretty similar to a shrimp scampi actually, with some subtle differences, enough so that it sets it apart for me to consider it as a separate post from my scampi, plus I've included some additional variations in this one too.

Baked Chicken with Honey Orange, Garlic and Ginger Glaze

This chicken offers a fantastic contrast between the tang of the hot sauce with the sweet orange and honey against the traditional flavors of soy and ginger in this dish and is a pleasant surprise from more typical honey and soy combination for chicken.

Frequent basting produces a pretty glazed surface and pulls double duty as a very tasty side sauce as well. Just delicious and The Cajun absolutely loves it. The best part?

It's super easy to put together.
